We just had our first meeting but I’m not seeing anything online right now. Why is that?

We operate on a one-month lead time. Our initial meeting, referred to as the “kickoff” meeting, is crucial for understanding your company’s needs. As a result, the first month is designated as Go Duck’s research period. During this time, our team dedicates itself to comprehensively learning about your company and analyzing your digital presence. We utilize this month to develop a comprehensive strategy for the duration of our contract. Services commence only after the initial 30 days of the contract.

Why am I not seeing my digital ads? None of my friends and family are seeing my digital ads. How do I know it’s working?

It’s entirely possible that you’re not seeing your own digital ads simply because you’re not the intended audience for those specific placements. Digital advertising is often tailored to reach your customers’ specific demographics, interests, or behaviors. We carefully select your target audience based on various factors such as location, age, gender, interests, and browsing history. So, if you’re not seeing the ads, it’s likely because they’re being shown to a different group of people who better match the criteria. If you’re concerned about the effectiveness of your ads, we can review the targeting parameters to ensure they’re optimized to reach your desired audience.

I need a graphic design project done right now! How soon can you get it done?

Our graphic design team needs at least 2 full weeks of notice for any graphic designs, whether it is social media graphics, graphic ads, digital ads, or anything else. We cannot complete any projects with shorter notice, since their daily tasks and schedules are set and are always working a month ahead. 

We encourage you to let us know about these graphic design projects with as much notice as possible, preferably during our monthly meetings when discussing the content for the month ahead.

I want a Facebook/ Instagram post edited or changed after it’s already posted/live.

We are able to edit the text/caption, but we are not able to edit the graphic after the fact. The post can either have the caption edited, OR completely taken down.

We send the content calendars AHEAD OF TIME for this exact reason, to catch these issues/concerns before the post is live. To avoid future issues, please refer to the monthly content calendars that are consistently sent at the end of the month, and let us know of wanted edits and changes then. 

I’m receiving nasty comments and/or messages on my page. What can you do about that?

While we are not able to regularly monitor your page for such issues, we are able to enable a safeguard system to automatically block certain words from being commented or messaged. Please give us a list of keywords you want specifically blocked, and we will also add to it and enable this on your page. 

Will you respond to comments or messages on my behalf? 

We will never respond to comments or messages on your business’s behalf for several reasons. We are not able to answer comments or questions correctly since they pertain to specifics about your business, and we would not want to interfere with your communication and lead systems. We encourage you to consider who will internally manage your Facebook page for daily interactions, while we handle the content creation.

How long does it take for my digital ads to begin showing results?

Digital ads can start showing initial results within a couple of weeks, depending on the platform and type of campaign. Search ads (like Google Ads) often show results faster, while display and video ads may take longer as they focus on brand awareness. Optimal performance usually takes up to 3 months as the campaign is optimized.
